Full Service Engineering
Engineering across
the full stack.
Web, mobile, SaaS, AI, enterprise, cloud. All delivered by the same senior engineers, on the same production-grade standards. No junior handoffs, no rotating contractors.
Seven years. Six engineering disciplines. The same senior team shipped production systems for Tesco Retail Media, Prostate Cancer UK, Neugo, and Wealth Analytica.
Depth behind every service
The umbrella: web, mobile, SaaS, AI, enterprise, cloud.
One senior team across all six pillars, not seven contracted vendors stitched together. The studio runs a six-phase methodology, discovery to launch to maintenance, with the same engineering leads from kickoff to GA. Most engagements start with a 4-to-8-week paid pilot that ships working software, not a deck.
Custom builds cover greenfield products for funded startups, internal tools for mid-market operations, and replacement systems for enterprises stuck on aging stacks. Procurement-ready engagement models, full tech stack disclosures, and shipped case studies are on the umbrella page.
See the full breakdownReact, Next.js, Vue, Laravel, ASP.NET
Server-rendered for SEO and accessibility, edge-cached for performance, typed end-to-end for maintainability. Production web platforms shipped to real users: SaaS dashboards, clinical systems, B2B marketplaces, retail analytics consoles, charity CMS rebuilds.
Stack choice fits the problem: Next.js or Remix for content-rich and SEO-critical, SvelteKit or Astro for lean static, Laravel or ASP.NET when the team already owns the backend. Design systems are treated as code, performance budgets are honest numbers, and accessibility passes the audit. Two-week increments, written status, no surprise scope.
Inside web platformsFlutter, React Native, native iOS & Android
Apps that pass App Store and Play Store review on the first submission and survive every OS upgrade after. Cross-platform with Flutter or React Native when the UX is shared, native Swift or Kotlin when performance or platform features earn it.
Offline-first sync, biometrics, push, in-app purchase, AppsFlyer or Branch attribution, crash reporting via Sentry or Crashlytics. AI features added when the use case actually demands them, not because the slide deck said so. Long-term maintenance comes in the same contract.
Inside mobileMulti-tenant, billing, identity, RBAC
End-to-end SaaS product engineering from greenfield to growth. Multi-tenant Postgres with row-level security, Stripe or Paddle billing with metered usage, Clerk or WorkOS identity with SAML SSO for B2B tiers, fine-grained RBAC, audit logs, feature flags, customer-support tooling, internal admin dashboards.
The studio runs four of its own SaaS products on this stack: StaySynq (hospitality), SmileQute (dental clinics), HRMSuite (HR and payroll), RaceProOnline (motorsport timing). The same engineers who run client SaaS builds run those products, so production lessons feed both ways.
See our productsLLM integration, RAG, ML pipelines
Production AI grounded in real product value. RAG pipelines with citation extraction, prompt versioning, structured-output validation, eval harnesses, cost dashboards. OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock, plus self-hosted open-weights when latency or compliance demands it.
The studio builds AI features that survive production, not demo-grade prototypes. Every model output ships with a confidence pathway and a fallback when the LLM fails.
Inside AIERP, CRM, HRMS, internal tools, custom CMS
Software for organisations that need audit trails, SSO, role hierarchies, and integrations with the SAP or Oracle or NetSuite stack they already own. Odoo and ERPNext customisation, NetSuite SuiteScript, Salesforce extensions, plus bespoke ERPs when off-the-shelf vendors don't fit.
Strangler-fig modernisation of monoliths, COBOL or AS/400 legacy migration, parallel-run validation, rollback windows planned from day one.
Inside enterpriseAWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, observability
Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or Pulumi, container orchestration on ECS or EKS or GKE, CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions or CircleCI, observability via Datadog or Grafana stack, cost monitoring that catches runaway spend before the invoice.
Part of the build engagement, not a separate handoff after launch. The team that shipped the application owns its operations.
