Engagement terms
Project engagements operate under a Master Services Agreement that covers scope, deliverables, IP ownership, confidentiality, payment terms, and termination. The site itself does not constitute an offer to contract.
IP and code ownership
Code and IP delivered to clients belong to the client by default in our standard MSA. Pre-existing TechMaven libraries, frameworks, or tooling remain owned by TechMaven and licensed to the client for use within the engagement.
Liability
Use of this website is at your own risk. TechMaven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Client engagement liability is capped per the MSA.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Engagement-specific governing law is defined per MSA.
